What is Flextime?
FLEXTIME
is any work arrangement that is NOT Monday through Friday from 8 to 5. Flextime jobs include both
full-time and part-time positions, permanent and temporary jobs, set and varying hours, project and
freelance work, compressed work weeks, night and weekend shifts, and coverage for various time zones.
